Good Morning Lovelies
Today for me consists of pulling weeds outside and cleaning around the house.
With that being said, there are a couple of things I'd like to share with you
if you are going through something similar to this.
First off:
Make sure your feeling great by being hydrated. Hydration is a very important part of your life for you body.
Normally your body is suppose to have 8 bottles of water per day to have a complete
hydration. But if you just can't do that, make sure after anything you eat or drink, have a bottle of
water next to you so that you can stay hydrated and fresh!
Second of all:
Make sure you are feeling healthy and fit. Your outfits are a main cause to your happiness. If you do
not feel satisfied with what you are wearing, take it off and try something new. It's all
up to you! Wear what you feel most comfortable in. If your staying indoor all day, don't just
stay in your pajamas or even just sweat pants with your hair up all sloppy. Get up
and dress up! Dressing up makes a huge impact on your happiness. If your going outdoor all day make
sure you stay protected! SPF is great for outdoors. You may not want to wear makeup because
you'll end up sweating but if you feel like you need to, than make sure your foundation, powder or
any makeup product that your using has an SPF of some sort.
& Third of all:
Make sure your body is in touch and fit. You don't want to feel clumpy and lazy all day, so move around.
Even if it means vacuuming the house, try doing an exercise to vacuuming.
Run around your neighborhood, do something that will make you sweat and burn some calories.
